Boarding and Custom Enclosures
“IMPORTANT Please read our Terms and Conditions ” Lizardlinks UK Terms and Conditions Pet Boarding Any agreement made between the owner (hereby referred to as the client) Lizardlinks UK (hereby referred to as the company) Regarding the boarding of the creature (hereby referred to as the customer) NO VENOMOUS SNAKES WILL BE ACCEPTED The company reserves the right to refuse any customer 1. The companies responsibility to the client 2. All pets will be kept in isolation during the period of boarding unless part of a group or pair that have arrived together as part of there normal keeping. 3. The company will use reasonable duty of care in the keeping of your pet during the boarding period 4. All vivarium and cages will be adapted to suit the actual customers in relation to environmental requirements. 5. All customers will be fed and fresh water supplied daily or as requested with the appropriate diet or any dietary requirement specified by the client upon booking Snakes will be fed at a suitable time period requested by the client. 6. A water trough or bowl can be supplied for the customer to help shed its skin 7. The customer's enclosure will be cleaned and inspected daily 8. The customers themselves will also be visually checked daily to ensure general well being. 9. The client will accept that if the company feel that the customer needs vetinary care the company will endeavour to use a vetinary practice that specialises in exotic pets. 10. The client agrees to fully reimburse the company for any vetinary bill of excess to the agreed fee in relation to the treatment of the customer. 11. Where practical the client can provide there own pets familiar escape proof housing to reduce stress to the customer that change of environment may cause 12. The company will not be held accountable for any disease contracted by any pet boarded with the company. 13. The company must hold the client address and contact number with the customers details 14. The client responsibility to the company 15. It is the client's responsibility to arrive and depart with the customer in a secure and escape proof transit box 16. Full details of any dietary requirements and any behavioural attitudes of the customer are to be supplied by the client. 17. A visual inspection of the customer will be undertaken by the company No customer showing or appearing to show any infectious disease will be accepted for boarding with the company. The company also requires that the customer supply evidence of vaccinations, flead, wormed and mited as per the general requirements/ needs of the customers. 18. You will advise the company of any disease, ailment or physical deformity the pet may have or has contracted in the past prior to the company accepting the pet for boarding. The company may still accept your pet however quarantine facilities may need to be set up at a mutually agreed excess to the basic boarding cost. 19. If any eggs are laid during the period of boarding the company retail the right to hold 10% of the eggs for our own breeding purposes unless specifically requested not to by the client 20. The client if providing own housing all electrical installations must be safe and secure with the appropriate fuses 21. The client accepts that accidents injury, Illness, death, theft, public liability and all other insurance for the client and the customer whilst visiting and boarding with the company are the responsibility of the client and that the company is released of any and all such liability 22. The client accepts that there are no existing licensing laws or regulations in respect of boarding pets (excluding dog and cats) 23. The client accepts the companys pricing 24. The client accepts the companys pre boarding requirement. 25. The client accepts the companys opening hours 26. The client accepts the companys payment methods. 27. The client accepts to pay the company for the fully booked period, to the agreed collection dated in the advent of an early collection 28. The client accepts delay in collection will be chargeable at the companys daily rate 29. Collection of pets will be before 9.00 pm on the day that the contract ends unless other provision is made by e-mail or phone call. One extra day's boarding rate will be applied on unauthorised board 30. Uncollected pets will be disposed of by sale or whatever method is deemed appropriate by the company after 10 working days after the termination of the contract if no valid reason is received from the client or the client cannot be contacted. 31. The client must provide proof of their identification by means of driving licence / passport credit card 32. The client accepts the companys full terms and conditions
